Terms of use

The game

DZ Fantasy is a free fantasy football game based on the Algerian Ligue 1. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any league, club, competition organiser or player.

There is no entry fee, no prize fund, no wagering and no purchase of any kind. It is a game of skill played for its own sake.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Use a display name you are willing for other managers to see. One person, one account.

Fair play

Do not:

• create multiple accounts to gain an advantage in a league,
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service,
• use another person’s account, or impersonate anyone in your display name,
• automate play to a degree that degrades the game for others.

Football data and scoring

Scores depend on match data from external sources. That data can arrive late, arrive wrong, or be corrected after the fact, and points may be recalculated when it is. We correct scoring when the underlying data is corrected, and we do not guarantee that any score is final before a matchday is settled.

While a season is closed, no fantasy scoring is running and the game screens say so.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It may be suspended for maintenance, and a season may be closed or reset between competitions.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, in particular one used to attack the service or to cheat other managers.

Liability

This is a free game. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including lost points, lost league positions or interrupted access.
